Our goal is to identify and eliminate foreseeable hazards that may result in personal injury, occupational illness, property damage, security losses, or environmental harm.

Supervisors are accountable for the health and safety performance of the employees under their direction. They are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and tools are maintained in safe working condition and that employees are adequately trained and competent to perform their duties safely.

Employees will receive appropriate instruction and training to perform their tasks in accordance with regulatory standards and NuEra Building Restoration’s Safe Work Procedures and Practices. Every employee, client, and subcontractor is required to adhere to these procedures and to promptly report all incidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or property damage.
