Project Scope: Exterior upgrades with new siding, roofs, & metalwork.
The project upgraded 14 townhouse exteriors with new mansard siding, insulation, and shingle roofs over garages. Metal flashing, prefinished aluminum fascia, fully vented soffits, and gutters were installed for durability and weather protection.
