Project Scope: Exterior upgrades to cladding, stucco, flashing, and canopies.
The exterior upgrade project is currently in progress, including preparation of existing stucco, installation of new wood and metal cladding with air/water barriers, replacement of fascia, soffits, eavestroughs, and downspouts, application of new stucco and metal flashing, and installation of engineered aluminum entrance canopies.
